Masks, puppets and projections come to life at the heart of natural and illustrated landscapes. A woman meets her many inner selves at different ages in a world where scales and materials vary.
Inspired by shamanism, where the connection to nature and the quest for consciousness are the very essence of life, NOMAD SOUL’s dreamlike odyssey follows the paths of the totemic symbols that are the great wolf-guide and the raven-conscience that accompany this woman on her dizzying journey to the heart of the intimate Self.
NOMAD SOUL blends surrealism and visual poetry, inviting spectators to take a closer look into the depths of interiority.
“Its monochrome world of white and grey, shadow and light is not only of admirable aesthetic coherence, it is of rarely seen beauty and vibrancy. A sensitive dialogue between image, illustration, body, mask and nature. An exceptional technical mastery and an aesthetic pursuit as fertile as it is remarkable.”
JEU / Revue de Théâtre / Christian St-Pierre / 14e FIAMS: haut la main!
«... a silent, black and white visual poem. A complex work about space, forms, scales and techniques, for the viewer it is above all a journey on which they embark with tutelary figures. An invitation to daydream and to allow the echo of whatever touches them to resonate within...”

« A totally intimist and visionary world overflowing with symbols; a leap into complete darkness as we hold our breath »
