Street, park, or natural landscape with adequate space for the two large characters and the audience.

PRESENTER’S TECHNICIAN
Available at least 1.5 hours before the first performance, for 30 minutes
Plotting the route with the soul mates team (sun, shade, wind, ground surface, obstacles, etc.)
SETUP
2 hours
TIME BETWEEN EACH PERFORMANCE
30 minutes min. between the end of a performance and the beginning of the next (costume drying)
STRIKE
2 hours after the end of the final performance (thorough costume drying)
ESCORT DURING PERFORMANCE
2 employees or volunteers provided by the presenter, for audience management

- A secure dressing room for performers
- Minimum dimensions: 5 x 5 metres
- Ceiling over 8’ high (2.5 metres)
- Clean floor, or tarpaulin, if set in a garage
- Direct access to outside ***minimum door width 30’’ (76 cm)
- Access to drinking water, electricity, and toilet
EQUIPMENT PROVIDED BY PRESENTER
- 1 large table, 4 chairs
- 1 coat rack for approximately 15 costume pieces
- 2 high-performing fans to dry the costumes
- 1 sandbag 25 lbs
TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED BY ARTISTS IN THE GREATER MONTRÉAL AREA
- If beyond the Montréal area: $0.55 per km, round trip
- Parking near the dressing room or loading dock, and parking permit
